Yvette Bowden

Yvette Bowden currently serves as the Assistant County Administrator for Boulder County, a position held since June 2022. Prior to this role, Yvette was the Assistant City Manager and Director of Community Vitality for the City of Boulder, where responsibilities included enhancing local livability and fostering economic connections. Yvette’s extensive experience in public administration includes leading the Parks & Recreation Department for the City of Boulder, managing key initiatives and services, and overseeing significant projects at Piedmont Park Conservancy as President & CEO. Additional roles include consulting on land use optimization and serving in leadership positions at ING and United Airlines, focusing on diversity and community engagement. Yvette holds a Juris Doctor from the Elisabeth Haub School of Law and a Bachelor's degree from Pace University, complemented by ongoing professional education in municipal leadership and public service.
