Tara Mathis

Tara Mathis is a result-focused and detail-oriented Director of Operations with over 13 years of experience in human resources, administration, operations, and logistics. They held the positions of Operations Coordinator and Director of Operations at Boulder Crest Foundation from 2020 to 2023. Prior to that, Tara served as a Human Resources Specialist in the US Army from 2009 to 2016 and as a Community Relations and Marketing Specialist at Helping Hands Home Care from 2018 to 2020. Currently, Tara is pursuing a Bachelor of Business Administration and a Master of Business Administration at American Military University.
