Stuart (Tex) Daley has extensive experience in operations, supply chain management, procurement, and quality control within the consumer packaged goods (CPG) industry. Stuart (Tex) has held various leadership positions in a number of companies, including Chief Operating Officer (COO) at MALK Organics, Executive VP of Operations at Dunn's River Brands, Senior Vice President at Hostess Brands, Chameleon Cold-Brew, and Lily of the Desert. Stuart (Tex) has also worked as a Senior Vice President at Blue California, Director at Dr Pepper Snapple Group, Vice President at POET, and Vice President at Kerry Group. Prior to that, they served as a Vice President and General Manager at ConAgra Foods.

Stuart (Tex) Daley obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration degree, with a second major in Economics, from the University of Minnesota from 1981 to 1986.
