Jill Angelovic

Jill Angelovic is a seasoned professional in the affordable housing sector with extensive experience in compliance and property management. Currently serving as the Compliance and Training Manager at Boulder Housing Partners since April 2016, Jill is involved in project-based Section 8, LIHTC, HOME, BOND, and The City of Boulder’s housing programs. Prior experience includes assisting the Vice President of Affordable Housing at Volunteers of America Colorado Branch and working as an Associate Broker at The Group, Inc. Real Estate. Jill managed substantial property portfolios at Progressive Urban Real Estate, overseeing numerous staff and more than 350 units while ensuring compliance with LIHTC, HUD, and HOME. Educational credentials include a Bachelor of Fine Arts from the Cleveland Institute of Art, with an exchange program at California College of the Arts focusing on ceramics and photography.
