Tara Chastain has extensive experience in property management and community management, currently serving as Community Manager at Boulder Housing Partners since October 2019, having previously held roles as Assistant Community Manager and Property Management Operation Specialist at the same organization. Prior to this, Tara Chastain worked at Housing Catalyst from August 2008 to October 2019, progressing from Administrative Assistant II / 504 Coordinator to Property Manager. Earlier experience includes serving as On-site Residential Manager at Fort Collins Housing Authority from August 2006 to August 2008. Tara Chastain holds a Bachelor's Degree in Communication and Media Studies from the University of Colorado Colorado Springs and an ARM designation from the Institute of Real Estate Management, obtained between 2015 and 2019.
