Celine Cooper

Celine Cooper serves as the Branch Manager at Boulder Public Library, a position held since February 2018, where responsibilities include coordinating over 200 bilingual outreach events and managing various library festivals and programs. Prior experience includes serving as the Children and Youth Services Coordinator at Nederland Community Library from May 2015 to June 2017, where Celine led programs for young patrons and managed related collections. Earlier, Celine taught English at Thokoly Imre Iskola, developing a curriculum for students aged six to thirteen. Celine holds a Master of Library & Information Science from Emporia State University and a Bachelor's degree in Environmental Studies from the University of Colorado Boulder, along with international education experience at Pontificia Universidad Católica de Valparaíso.
