Grace Womack has a diverse range of work experience in various industries. Grace started their career at the Bureau of Economic Geology as a Research Assistant in 2013. In 2014, they worked as a Chemical Engineering Co-op at Crayola. The following year, they held a Semiconductor Development Co-op Student position at TRUMPF North America. Grace then joined Schlumberger in 2016 as a Chemical Engineering Co-op.

In 2018, Grace began working at Johnson Matthey, where they held multiple roles. Grace started as a Project Engineer in the rotational program from September 2018 to April 2019. Grace then continued as a Production Team Lead in the same program from January 2020 to September 2020. Grace also served as a Process Engineer from September 2020 to September 2021. Their responsibilities expanded when they became the Lead of the Global Diversity and Inclusion Taskforce from September 2020 to June 2022. Lastly, they were involved in New Product Introduction Projects from September 2021 to October 2022.

Most recently, Grace joined Boulder Scientific Company in October 2022 as the Project Management Office (PMO) Manager.

Grace Womack completed their education at Drexel University, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Chemical Engineering from 2013 to 2018. Following this, they pursued a Master of Science (MS) degree in Engineering Management from 2016 to 2018, also at Drexel University. In addition to their academic achievements, Grace earned a certification as a Project Management Professional (PMP) from the Project Management Institute in May 2022.
