Phillip Kelly, M.Fin. has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Phillip began their career as a Program Director at Longs Peak Council, BSA, where they managed and directed the operations of a summer camp. Phillip then worked as a Sales Associate at DICK'S Sporting Goods, providing sales assistance and customer service.

Moving into law enforcement, Phillip served as a Patrol Deputy at Park County Sheriff and later as a Police Officer at Colorado State University. In these roles, they enforced the laws of Colorado, wrote detailed incident reports, and attended required trainings.

Phillip transitioned to the corporate sector as an Implementation Specialist at a cellular provider, where they maintained a database of MPC data and performed data integrity tasks. Phillip Kelly, M.Fin., pursued their Master of Finance degree in Accounting and Finance from 2017 to 2020 at Colorado State University. Earlier, from 2005 to 2009, they completed their Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Criminology and Sociology at the same university.
