Eric Hamilton

Eric Hamilton currently serves as Principal at Boulder Valley School District since February 2022, where responsibilities include leading the school and developing a data-driven culture to enhance student achievement. Previously, Eric held the position of Senior Instructional Designer at Aviva Education, overseeing the design and delivery of blended learning experiences. Significant leadership experience also includes roles as Director at Knightsbridge Schools International, where strategic efforts were advanced across multiple global partner schools, and as School Principal at Cognita Schools, where the focus was on supporting Vietnamese students for Western university admission. Earlier experience encompasses serving as Assistant Principal in the Colorado Springs School District and teaching mathematics in various educational settings. Eric holds a Doctor of Education in Leadership for Educational Equity from the University of Colorado Denver, a Master’s in Curriculum Development and Instruction from the University of Colorado Colorado Springs, and a Bachelor’s in Elementary Education with a Math Minor from the University of Delaware.
