Soraya Latiff Mpa

Soraya Latiff MPA, RYT serves as the Director and Teaching Faculty of Public Achievement at the University of Colorado Boulder, focusing on youth civic engagement and social justice. Since January 2018, Soraya has taught courses on democracy and social justice while directing a non-profit that empowers students to tackle issues such as climate justice and LGBTQIA+ rights. Additionally, Soraya co-founded the BVSD Youth Equity Council, addressing structural discrimination in the Boulder Valley School District. With experience as a yoga instructor, business owner, and in various roles at CU Boulder and other organizations, Soraya holds a Master’s in Public Administration and a Bachelor’s in International Relations, complementing an extensive background in education and community engagement.
