Caroline Goosman began their work experience as a Senior Account Manager at Visual Numerics, Inc in 1990 and stayed in that position until 1994. Caroline then moved on to work as an International Sales Manager at Research Systems, Inc. (Now Exelis Visual Information Solutions) from 1994 to 2002. In this role, they were responsible for sales, marketing, and management outside of the U.S. and Canada. Caroline then joined Boulder Shelter for the Homeless in 2011 as the Donor Relations and Events Manager until 2017. Caroline then served as an Instructor at the University of Colorado Boulder - Leeds School of Business from 2017 to 2018, teaching a course on global business. In 2019, Caroline worked as a Donor Development Manager for Meals on Wheels of Boulder, where they were responsible for fundraising efforts and development of marketing materials. Most recently, they have been serving as the Board of Directors Vice President and Treasurer at Boulder Valley Women's Health Center since 2021.
