Kishen Mangat

Kishen Mangat is an accomplished executive and entrepreneur with extensive experience in the technology and telecommunications sectors. Currently serving as General Partner at Boulder Ventures since February 2022, Kishen also holds board member positions at Symmera, an authentication and data enablement platform for industrial devices, and Spectrum Effect, which leverages AI to address RF interference challenges. From January 2013 to February 2022, Kishen was a Vice President at Cisco, developing strategies for Open RAN and integrating various Mobility business units to streamline operations and enhance software offerings. Prior to Cisco, Kishen co-founded and led several companies, including BroadHop, Inc., which was acquired by Cisco Systems, and played key roles in developing technology and service platforms that significantly impacted the market. Kishen graduated with a BA in Economics from Colorado College.
