Amanda Southerly

Amanda Southerly is an experienced professional with a diverse background in hospitality and equine management. Currently serving as a Catering Coordinator at Boulders Resort & Spa Scottsdale since June 2019, Amanda is responsible for ensuring a high level of service for dining guests while managing various tasks efficiently. Previous roles include Assistant Horse Trainer at CHRISTIANE NOELTING DRESSAGE CENTER, where Amanda supervised barn activities and facilitated horse sales, and operations management at Lois Whittington Dressage, overseeing lesson scheduling and horse care. Additional experience includes bartending and beverage service at Dove Valley Ranch Golf Club and animal care at Deer Creek Animal Hospital. Amanda has pursued education at Paradise Valley Community College and Scottsdale Community College.
