Savannah McDermott has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Savannah joined Boulevard in 2023 as the Director of Customer Onboarding & Implementation. Prior to that, they worked at Schedule Engine from 2019 to 2023, starting as a Customer Success Manager and eventually becoming the Head of Customer Success. Savannah also had roles at Greenheart Travel, Ministry of Education of Spain, Super English Language Academy, and Consejería de Educación de Extremadura, where they gained experience as a Program Manager, Program Assistant, English Instructor, and Manager of Thai School Relations; English Instructor. Savannah also has a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Spanish and International Studies from Indiana University Bloomington. Additionally, they completed a semester of study in Argentine Political Science, Language, and Culture at the University of Buenos Aires. Savannah has obtained the Diploma de Español como Lengua Extranjera from the Instituto Cervantes in November 2013.
