Mike Cannon-Brookes

Mike Cannon-Brookes is the CEO and Co-Founder of Atlassian, a role held since February 2002. In addition to leading Atlassian, Cannon-Brookes serves as Principal at Boundless Earth and Grok Ventures, both positions established in 2021 and 2006 respectively. As Chairman of Blackbird since December 2020 and Board Director at Room to Read since March 2019, Cannon-Brookes contributes to various organizational missions. In academia, Cannon-Brookes holds the title of Adjunct Professor in Computer Science & Engineering at the University of New South Wales since February 2014, where Cannon-Brookes completed a Bachelor of Commerce in Information Systems from 1998 to 2001. Previous experience includes a directorial role at Tyro Payments from 2009 to 2019.
