Emily Hopkins

Emily Hopkins, CMP, MBA, has extensive experience in supply chain optimization and event management. Currently, Emily is employed at Scooter's Coffee, holding various managerial positions since September 2020, including Manager of Supply Chain Optimization and New Store Support. Prior experience includes co-owning Hop Group, LLC, and managing community relations and events at Kendra Scott. Additional roles include Special Events and Community Relations at the University of Nebraska Medical Center, Event Coordinator at MECA - CenturyLink Center, and Events and Marketing Coordinator at Joslyn Castle Trust. Emily also gained experience as an Event Assistant and Intern at planitOmaha, along with internships focused on social media and SEO at Hayneedle, and two summer internships in insurance and senior solutions. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree in Business Administration from the University of Nebraska at Omaha and a Bachelor's degree in Marketing and Entrepreneurial Management from Creighton University.
