Kim Satterlee has an extensive background in the coffee and beverage industry, with experience at companies such as Scooter's Coffee, The Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf®, and JAMBA JUICE COMPANY. Currently serving as the Senior Director of Franchise Administration at Scooter's Coffee, Kim oversees the Franchisee Onboarding Program and works closely with new franchisees. With a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from California State Polytechnic University-Pomona, Kim has also held various roles such as Director of Business Development, Franchise Business Consultant, Operations Manager, and General Manager in previous positions.
