The Financial Management team at Scooter's Coffee is responsible for overseeing and optimizing the company's financial health. This includes financial planning and analysis, payroll and benefits administration, accounting, and financial reporting. Led by the Chief Financial Officer, the team ensures that financial operations support the rapid growth and expansion of the Scooter's Coffee franchise.
