Alannah Clarke Horne

Alannah Clarke Horne has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Alannah is currently employed at Boundless as the Head of HR Compliance, a position they took on in May 2022. Prior to this, they worked at NewsWhip as an International HR Manager starting in April 2021. Alannah also served as an HR Manager at NewsWhip from August 2020 to March 2021.

Before joining NewsWhip, Alannah held various positions at the Dublin Academy of Dramatic Arts from September 2007 to June 2014, including Drama Teacher and School Administrator. Alannah then worked at The Convention Centre Dublin as a Business Support Administrator from June 2014 to October 2014.

In addition, Alannah has experience at EcoOnline Global as an HR Administrator & Office Manager from October 2014 to April 2015. Their responsibilities included managing client set up and invoicing, recruitment, and content creation for the company blog and social media.

At NewsWhip, they worked as an HR Generalist & Office Manager from April 2015 to August 2016, where they grew the HR and office management functions and organized internal company conferences and events. Alannah later became an HR Manager from August 2016 to August 2019, during which they managed the HR department for the Dublin and New York offices, developed employee onboarding and offboarding processes, and implemented a review and performance management system.

Alannah Clarke Horne attended Trinity College Dublin from 2008 to 2012, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in English Literature and Drama. In 2012, they pursued further education at UCD Michael Smurfit Graduate Business School and obtained a Master's degree in Management the following year. Alannah also attended Alexandra College from 2002 to 2008, where they completed their Leaving Certificate. In 2017, Alannah Clarke Horne enrolled in the National College of Ireland and obtained a CIPD Diploma in Human Resource Management.
