Customer Success- Operations III at Boundless

Cassondra Stanfield has worked in a variety of roles since 2010. Cassondra began their career as a Library Assistant at Eastern Washington University. In 2012, they moved on to become a Prevention Hotline Worker at Spokane County Regional Health Organization. From 2013 to 2019, they worked at H&M, first as a Sales Associate and then as a Department Supervisor. In 2019, they joined SisterLand Farms LLC. as a Buyer. Most recently, in 2020, they joined Boundless Immigration as a Customer Success- Operations III. In this role, they performed paralegal-style operational work and managed over 800+ customers’ marriage based green card applications. Cassondra also illustrated extensive immigration knowledge, collaborated with teams to build out better customer friendly processes, and facilitated company reorganization by training the Customer Success team. Additionally, they assisted with ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining Boundless’ success rate of 99.7% approval.

Cassondra Stanfield received their Associate's degree in Office Management from Bryant & Stratton College in 2019. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor's degree in Psychology and an Associate's degree in Sociology from the University of Washington between 2010 and 2014.
