Gosia Raczynska is a seasoned HR professional with extensive international experience in managing employee relations, recruitment strategies, and HR operations across Europe. Currently serving as Senior International HR Manager at Boundless since June 2022, Gosia has successfully resolved complex HR inquiries and enforced compliance with labor laws across 27 countries. Previously, as International HR Partner at UCAM, innovative recruitment strategies were designed to meet hiring goals, and as HRS Team Manager at Amazon, payroll and HR operations for Germany were optimized. With a solid foundation in HR and payroll processes from roles at NGA Human Resources and ZF Group, along with educational qualifications including a postgraduate degree in Project Management, Gosia brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to the field of human resources.
