Shane Lenaming, RPm

Shane Lenaming, Rpm has been working in the recruitment industry since 2016. In 2016, they began as a Recruiting Intern at Xerox. In 2017, they moved to Wordmasters as a Junior Writer. In 2018, they joined CebuDoc Group as Head of Human Resources, where they were responsible for managing overall Human Resources operations, including 360 recruitment, performance appraisals, labor compliance, and meeting industry KPIs. Also in 2018, they joined AAISI as a Recruitment Associate, where they were responsible for sourcing and interviewing applicants to fulfill staffing needs requirements for clients in the IT industry. In 2022, they joined RapidVisa as a Business Recruiter and then moved to Boundless Immigration in the same role.

Shane Lenaming, RPm is currently pursuing a Master of Arts in Organizational Development at Cebu Doctors' University, Mandaue City. Shane previously obtained an AB Psychology degree from Cebu Normal University, majoring in Psychology. Shane is also a Licensed Psychometrician, certified by the Philippine Professional Regulation Commission, and a Safety Officer II, certified by the Philippine Department of Labor and Employment.
