Erika Kay

Erika Kay has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Erika started their career in 2010 as a Volunteer/Team Leader at The Akaa Project, where they coordinated recruitment, led fundraising initiatives, and organized events. In 2013, they joined ONOSYS Online Ordering as part of the Team Accounts Group, managing client accounts and prioritizing product requests. In 2014, Erika worked at Peach Inc. as a User Engagement Manager, overseeing product marketing and executing marketing campaigns. Erika later transitioned to the role of Product Manager, leading product development and customer engagement efforts. Since 2017, Erika has been working at Boundless Immigration, where they have taken on roles such as Senior Marketing Manager, Manager of Conversion and Retention, and most recently, Director of Sales.

Erika Kay has a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree from The College of Wooster, where they majored in English and minored in Mathematics. Prior to attending college, Erika also attended Grosse Pointe South High School.
