Mauro Repacci

Mauro Repacci has a wealth of work experience, beginning with a role as a Cost Accounting Analyst at Procter & Gamble in 2006. Mauro then moved to Air Canada in 2008 as a Finance Manager, where they were responsible for financial evaluation of strategic projects. In 2011, Mauro joined Top Aces as Manager of Business & Market Analysis, where they worked with customers to create customized aviation solutions. In 2014, they became a Member of the Board of Directors at GriffinCamp. In 2015, they became a Mentor for Startup NEXT, an intensive and selective 3 hour weekly program for 2 months. In 2017, Mauro became Co-founder & CEO of both WorkMesh and NestReady, where they were responsible for building teams, fundraising, and bringing products to market. In 2020, they became an Advisor at The Hair Routine, a direct to consumer platform that offers hyper-personalized hair care guidance. Most recently, in 2021, Mauro became Co-founder & CEO of Boundless Life, a network of thoughtfully designed communities in beautiful destinations around the world.

Mauro Repacci obtained their MBA in Entrepreneurship/Entrepreneurial Studies from Queen's University in 2013. Mauro also holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance and International Business from FGV - Fundação Getulio Vargas, which they obtained in 2007. In 2005, they participated in an International Exchange Program at the University of Manitoba, studying Commerce.
