Robert White

Robert White is an accomplished engineer with extensive experience in hardware engineering and robotics. Currently serving as a Distinguished Engineer at Medtronic and Technical Consultant at AiM Medical Robotics and Boundless Robotics, Robert has previously held leadership roles, including VP of Hardware Engineering at Vicarious Surgical Inc., where Robert led the development of a Virtual Reality Surgical System that facilitated the company’s public offering. Additional experience includes significant contributions as VP of Engineering at Superpedestrian, where Robert guided the production of the Copenhagen Wheel, and as Director of Mechanical Engineering at Rethink Robotics, leading projects on advanced robotic systems. Robert's engineering expertise is backed by a solid academic foundation, holding degrees in Mechanical Engineering and Mathematics from the University of New Hampshire and the University of Rhode Island.
