Jenny Dearduff

Jenny Dearduff, PHR, is currently the Director of People Partnerships at Bounteous, where they focus on enabling a positive employee culture and aligning organizational values with operational efficiency. Previously, they held significant HR roles at companies such as Prime Therapeutics and AllianceRx Walgreens Prime, demonstrating expertise in employee relations and strategic HR partnership. Jenny began their career in human resources at Benefitfocus, where they transitioned from an Executive Assistant to a Human Resources Assistant. They earned a Bachelor of Arts in English Language and Literature from the College of Charleston.
