Katy Allen is currently the EVP, Managing Director Health+ at Bounteous. With experience in strategy, operations, and healthcare expertise, Katy has held various titles such as Senior Partner & Line of Business Lead at ICF Next and Vice President at ICF. Katy has a background in project management, information technology account management, and business consulting from companies like Ironworks Consulting, BlueCross BlueShield of South Carolina, and Public Consulting Group. Katy holds a M.Sc. in Public Policy and Administration from The London School of Economics and Political Science, along with other education qualifications from University of California, Berkeley and University of Connecticut.
