Katy Allen

Katy Allen is the EVP, Managing Director - Healthcare at Bounteous. Katy has over 20 years of experience in strategy, operations, and healthcare.

Katy started their career as a Business Consultant at Public Consulting Group in 2001. Katy then became a Senior Consultant at Systems Engineering in 2003. In 2006, they transitioned to the Blue Cross Blue Shield of SC as their Information Technology Account Manager. After 4 years, Katy left to join Ironworks Consulting as a Project Manager. In 2010, they joined ICF as their Vice President. Katy left ICF in 2020 to join Bounteous as their Senior Partner & Line of Business Lead, Business Consulting.

Katy is passionate about healthcare and committed to driving meaningful change across industries while delivering value for our clients and their consumers.

Katy Allen completed their high school diploma at Concord-Carlisle High School. Katy then completed a B.A. in Political Science & Theirtory at the University of Connecticut. After that, they completed a Certificate in Accelerating Change Readiness and Agility at the University of California, Berkeley. Finally, they completed an M.Sc. in Public Policy and Administration, Healthcare at The London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE).
