Deniz Bayraktaroğlu

Deniz Bayraktaroğlu has extensive work experience in various industries. In 2012, Deniz worked at Imperial London Hotels in a hotel service role until 2014. In 2015, they briefly worked in foreign affairs at the Federal Foreign Office in Germany. In 2020, Deniz worked in venture capital at HV Capital and also played a role in new product lines and growth at PlusDental. Currently, Deniz is the co-founder and CEO of Bounti, a mobile-first knowledge management and development platform that focuses on delivering engaging training experiences to frontline teams in the hospitality industry.

Deniz Bayraktaroğlu completed a Bachelor of Applied Science (B.A.) degree in Sociology, Politics & Economics at Zeppelin University in Friedrichshafen. Additionally, they had the opportunity to study abroad for a semester at Boğaziçi University, focusing on Political Economy and Sociology within the Faculty of Economics. Another semester abroad was completed at Reichman University, where Deniz Bayraktaroğlu studied Organizational Theory and Middle Eastern Studies within the International Department.
