Itali Pedroni Collini is a Principal at Potencia Ventures since January 2022, focusing on sourcing, interviewing, and conducting due diligence on potential investments, alongside mapping the Brazilian and Latin American ecosystems to enhance the firm's strategy. As a Líder do GT de D&I e ESG and Fellow with Emerging Venture Capital Fellows, Itali contributes to a collaborative network aimed at advancing the venture capital industry. In parallel, mentorship is provided for the Associação Brasileira de Startups through the Programa Start while participating as an Angel Investor in multiple ventures, including bounties4, Kultua, Mulheres no Comando, Feel, and Amyi. Involvement with Fiesp as a Volunteer Director in the Micro, Small and Medium Industry Department reflects a commitment to supporting startups. Academically, Itali holds an MBA from FGV, an Executive Education from UC Berkeley, and a Bachelor's in Economics from USP, complemented by financial analysis training.
