Rahul Pushkarna

Rahul Pushkarna has over 20 years of experience in various roles within the media and technology industry. Most recently, they served as the Global Head of Partnerships at Bounty Media, where they oversaw the platform's model for advertisers, publishers, and users to share consent-based user data.

Prior to their role at Bounty Media, Rahul worked at Twitter as the Senior Director and Head of Global Content Sales and Marketing Partnerships JAPAC. In this position, they managed a team of 20 executives across seven offices, focusing on bringing premium, short-form video content to the platform and driving engagement and advertising revenue for the company and its partners. Rahul also served as a public ambassador for Twitter in the region, delivering keynotes at industry conferences and representing the company in TV and print interviews.

Rahul also held positions at Sony Pictures Entertainment, where they worked as the Director of Sales Development in Asia, focusing on developing new revenue streams for the studio by offering movie bundles to leading brands. At 21st Century Fox, they served as the Head of Digital Distribution and Licensing for India and Southeast Asia, establishing distribution partnerships for motion pictures and television series.

Additionally, Rahul worked at Microsoft as a Business Development Consultant for MSN Asia Pacific, leading commercial negotiations and business development for Windows 8 content offerings. Rahul managed partnerships with news publishers for Bing News Apps and customized partner-run apps. Prior to that, they held the role of Head of Business Development at NBCUniversal Media, LLC, overseeing the expansion of their pay-television business in the Asia Pacific region.

Rahul began their career at HSBC as an Assistant Vice President.

Rahul Pushkarna holds an MBA degree in Entertainment Finance and Strategy from UCLA Anderson School of Management. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor of Science (B.S) in Operations Research from Columbia University. Rahul also attended HKIS (High School) for their secondary education. Additionally, they have obtained a certification as an EGN Singapore Member from EGN Singapore (Executives' Global Network) in August 2022.
