Fabian Juan Bonetti has a extensive work experience in the offshore and subsea services industry. Fabian Juan began their career in 2006 at Bourbon Offshore DNT as a ROV Pilot, eventually being promoted to ROV Supervisor and then to Project Manager. During this time, they worked with major clients such as ENI, Saipem, Prysmian, and PEMEX, and was responsible for project management, maintenance, and plan implementation. In 2010, Bonetti worked as a Project Manager at G.A.S. Geological Assistance and Services SRL, where they managed a pre-engineering survey for a Subsea telecommunication cable route. Since 2014, they have been at BOURBON, initially serving as a Human Resource Manager and then transitioning to roles such as Offshore Manager, Operations Manager, and currently, Managing Director Operations & Services.

Fabian Juan Bonetti completed their education in three stages. Fabian Juan first attended Don Orione High School in Argentina from 1990 to 1995, where they obtained a High School diploma with a field of study in Mechanical Technician. Following this, from 1999 to 2002, Fabian pursued a Master's Degree in Occupational Health & Safety from Jobs in Argentina. Finally, in 2008-2009, they attended the Universita di Bologna and earned a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree in Business Administration and Management, General. Furthermore, Fabian obtained an additional certification, the MBA Bologna Business School, from ASFOR - Associazione Italiana per la Formazione Manageriale in December 2008.
