Florence Weingarten

Florence Weingarten is the Group General Counsel and Company Secretary at Transdev, where they manage a team of 30 lawyers while providing strategic legal guidance to enhance business performance. With a career spanning over 25 years, they have developed expertise in European and competition law, M&A, and contract negotiations through roles at various organizations, including GDF SUEZ and GRTgaz. Over the years, Florence has also contributed to several boards, including Aéroport Paris-Beauvais and BOURBON. They hold a PhD in Law from Université Panthéon Assas and are currently pursuing an executive program on sustainability governance at emlyon business school.
