Shahid Chaudhary

Shahid Chaudhary is a seasoned electrical engineer with extensive experience in the maritime industry. Currently serving as the Head of the Electrical Department at BOURBON Offshore since November 2009, Shahid oversees maintenance and troubleshooting for a diverse fleet of 70 vessels, focusing on power generation, engines, and marine electronics. Prior to this role, Shahid worked as an Electronics & Electrical Technician at Goltens Worldwide and as an Electrical Foreman at Dubai World, where responsibilities involved repairing vessels and conversion projects. Shahid began professional training as an Electrical Technician at KBR/Granherne, contributing to fire safety projects in Iraq. Educational credentials include an Electronics Associates Engineering degree from the Swedish Institute of Technology in Multan, Pakistan.
