Waleed Garwan

Waleed Garwan has extensive experience in commercial management and human resources within the maritime and logistics sectors. Currently serving as the Head of Commercial at Bourbon Marine & Logistics since January 2015, Waleed also holds the position of Regional Commercial Manager at Bourbon Offshore MMI, overseeing operations in the Indian Sub-Continent, Middle East, East and North Africa, Mediterranean, Black Sea, and Caspian Sea regions since February 2010. Previous roles include Regional HR Manager, HR Manager, and Administrative Manager at Tidewater Marine from 1993 to 2009, along with experience as Country Representative for Seabulk Offshore at Ash-Shihr Oil Export Terminal from 1995 to 1998. Waleed began a career in human resources as an HR Officer at Saipem from 1992 to 1993. Waleed holds a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) from the University of Wollongong.
