Chris la Puma

Chris La Puma is an accomplished tax professional with extensive experience in corporate tax management and advisory services. Currently serving as Director of Corporate Tax at Bourns, Inc. since September 2015, Chris previously held the position of Senior Tax Manager - International. Prior to Bourns, Chris was the Sole Proprietor of the Law Offices of Christopher P. La Puma while also pursuing an Executive MBA. Additional experience includes significant roles at Mattel as Director of Tax Controversy, McKee Nelson as Associate in Tax, and Dewey Ballantine as Associate in Tax. Early career experience includes serving as an Interim Attorney Advisor at the United States Tax Court. Chris holds an AB with honors from Stanford University, a JD magna cum laude and LLM in Tax with distinction from Georgetown University Law Center, and an Executive MBA from Chapman University.
