Daniel Picado

Daniel Picado is an experienced operations and quality management professional, currently serving as the Vice President of Operations for the Protection Division at Bourns, Inc. Daniel has held several key positions, including Semiconductors Director and Plant Manager, and Quality Director within the Circuit Protection Division. Prior roles include Quality Technologies Manager, Quality Assurance Manager, and Divisional Process Control Lead at Abbott, as well as a Board Member at Avanto Correduria de seguros. Additionally, Daniel has extensive experience at Intel Corporation, where roles included Custom Foundry Assembly and Test Technology Development Mfg Quality Manager and Quality and Reliability Factory Manager. Daniel holds a master's degree in Industrial Engineering from Tecnológico de Costa Rica and completed an Advanced Leadership Program at Cambridge Judge Business School in 2023.
