Dale Woolley

Dale joined us in 1994 as a Lecturer in Business. She has held various roles at the college and was appointed Dean of Higher Education in 2020. Dale achieved a degree from Portsmouth University and worked for a few years before taking a career break and going travelling to Australia and South East Asia. On her return, she trained to become a teacher and studied part time for her MBA whilst working.

Dale believes passionately that all people should able to gain a university or higher level education whatever their background, age or circumstances, and at a time when they are ready to study. Our lives can take us in different directions, and we can arrive at wanting study at different stages, whether that is studying at 18 years old or 80 years old!
