Nick Freeman MIoL is an experienced professional with a diverse background in management and community service. Currently serving as the Estates and Stewardship Manager at Bournville Village Trust since June 2021, Nick has also been a Community First Responder for the West Midlands Ambulance Service NHS Trust since February 2011, in addition to holding key roles as Chair, Trustee, and Coordinator of Telford First Responders. Previous positions include Delivery Manager at Amey and CarillionAmey, and Leadership responsibilities at HF Holidays, where Nick led walking holidays. Nick's early career included roles as National Council Member for BESA Group, Account Support Manager at Carter Synergy, and emergency management positions at St John Ambulance. Bournville Village Trust
Lightmoor Village is a modern urban village development in Telford. The Village is a joint venture between housing association Bournville Village Trust (BVT) and the Homes and Communities Agency (HCA). To make sure the Village is a long term success, Bournville Stewardship Services, part of BVT, manage much of the public open space.
