Bournville Village Trust
Lightmoor Village is a modern urban village development in Telford. The Village is a joint venture between housing association Bournville Village Trust (BVT) and the Homes and Communities Agency (HCA). To make sure the Village is a long term success, Bournville Stewardship Services, part of BVT, manage much of the public open space. Bournville Stewardship Services also works to preserve the character of the area and encourage a strong community spirit. We call this long term stewardship.
