Samuel Lim

Samuel Lim has a diverse range of work experience in the real estate industry. Samuel is currently the Head of Real Estate at Boustead Projects Limited since September 2019. Prior to this, they worked as a Business Development Manager at LOGOS Group from August 2016 to September 2019, where they were responsible for originating development and income-producing logistics investment assets in Southeast Asia. Samuel also originated end user/tenant leasing opportunities.

Before joining LOGOS Group, Samuel worked as a Business Development Manager at Boustead Singapore Limited from December 2011 to August 2016. In this role, they supervised the investment team and led the evaluation of real estate investment and development opportunities in Singapore and the region, including Malaysia, China, Indonesia, and Vietnam.

Samuel also has experience as a Vice President at AEP Investment Management Pte Ltd from June 2008 to December 2011. Here, they were involved in real estate investment origination, management of deal flow relationships, research and underwriting of various real estate investments, and managing development team and processes.

Their career began as an Assistant Manager at Jones Lang LaSalle from June 2004 to June 2008.

Samuel Lim completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Real Estate at the National University of Singapore from 2000 to 2004.
