Erika O'Callaghan has a diverse work experience spanning across multiple companies and roles. Erika began their career as a Section Leader at Spokane Veterans Arena in 2006 and later worked as a Hostess/Expediter at Old European Breakfast House. In 2011 and 2012, Erika interned at Walsh Construction Co. In 2013, they joined Walsh Construction Co. again, this time as a Project Engineer, where they handled various responsibilities including managing submittals, RFIs, and permits, updating drawings, conducting safety walks, and coordinating with subcontractors. Erika then worked at Katerra as an Assistant Superintendent before joining Bouten Construction Company in 2019. At Bouten Construction Company, they served as both a Senior Project Engineer and a Project Manager, demonstrating their growth and expertise in the industry.
