Ethan Schaefer

Ethan Schaefer has worked as a Project Engineer at Bouten Construction Company since 2023. Ethan previously worked as a Project Engineer Intern at the same company in 2022, where they collaborated with subcontractors and processed submittals and RFIs for a new construction building. Before that, they were a Project Management Intern at Interstate Concrete & Asphalt in 2021, where they were responsible for quantity takeoffs and estimating. In 2019, Ethan worked as a painter at Colors Inc., where they prepared new homes for interior and exterior paint and trained new employees. Starting in 2017, they worked as a Farm Worker at Carver Farms, where they performed various labor jobs and participated in fall and Christmas tree harvest and sales.

Ethan Schaefer is currently pursuing a Bachelor's of Science degree in Construction Engineering from Washington State University, with an expected graduation year of 2023. In December 2021, they obtained two certifications through Procore Technologies - one as a Procore Certified Project Manager in Project Management and the other as a Procore Certified Student.
