Jake Closson

Jake Closson began their career in 2001 as an Assistant Superintendent at Ryan Incorporated Central. Jake then worked at ERDMAN as a Project Manager from 2003 to 2011. From 2011 to 2013, Jake served as the Board President at Badger Prairie Needs Network. Next, they worked as a Project Manager at J.H. Findorff & Son Inc. in 2012 and at Engineered Structures, Inc. from 2013 to 2014. Since 2014, Jake has been with Bouten Construction Company, where they started as a Project Manager and progressed to roles such as Project Executive & Senior Project Manager, Vice President, and currently, Executive Vice President. Throughout their career, Jake has focused on project development, pre-construction, building client relationships, and leading project teams to exceed client expectations.

Jake Closson attended the University of Wisconsin-Stout from 1999 to 2003, where they completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Construction. In addition to their degree, Jake has obtained certifications including DBIA Certified Professional from the Design-Build Institute of America and LEED AP Building Design & Construction (BD+C) from the U.S. Green Building Council.
