Kristen Hester, MSCE, has a diverse work experience in the engineering and construction industry. Kristen is currently working as a Project Engineer at Bouten Construction Company since August 2021. Prior to that, they served as a Structural EIT at Integrus Architecture, P.S. from February 2018 to April 2020. Kristen also worked as a Structural Design Engineer at J-U-B ENGINEERS, Inc. from July 2014 to September 2017. Kristen started their career as a Structural Intern at DCI Engineers in May 2008. Kristen Hester, MSCE, has a strong educational background in civil and environmental engineering. Kristen received their Bachelor of Science (BS) degree from Washington State University in 2009, specializing in Civil and Environmental Engineering. Kristen continued their education at the same university and obtained a Master of Science (MS) degree in Civil and Environmental Engineering in 2012.
In addition to their degrees, Kristen also holds an Engineer-in-Training (E.I.T.) certification obtained from the National Council of Examiners for Engineering and Surveying (NCEES) in December 2009. Kristen is currently working towards obtaining their Professional Engineer (PE) license and expects to complete this certification in 2022, also through the NCEES.
