Linda Lucas (Reinoehl) has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Linda began their career in 1990 as the Chief Operations Officer at GMCO, Inc. and stayed in that role until 1997. From 1998 to 2002, they worked as an Assistant Project Manager at Garco Construction, Inc. Linda then joined Sterling Bank in 2006, starting as an HR Business Partner and later transitioning to roles such as HR Systems Analyst, Compensation & Benefits Analyst, and Benefits/Relocation Management. In 2013, they became an HR Generalist at Northwest Farm Credit Services, where they supported leaders and teams with talent management, compensation, and benefits. Linda then worked as a Talent Management Consultant at Itron from 2014 to 2016, providing strategic talent management support to global functional areas. Currently, Linda is the Director of Talent & Culture at Bouten Construction Company, where they are responsible for establishing and implementing human capital strategies.
Linda Lucas (Reinoehl) completed their Bachelor of Liberal Arts degree in Program Management at Whitworth University from 2005 to 2011. In addition to their degree, Linda has obtained several certifications throughout their career. These certifications include being SOCIAL STYLE Certified from TRACOM Group in February 2023, earning a CCL 360 Assessment Certification from the Center for Creative Leadership in April 2021, becoming a Certified HeartMath Coach/Mentor from the HeartMath Institute in May 2018, and achieving the status of an ACHE Certified Hypnotherapist from the American Council of Hypnotist Examiners in February 2018.
