Tim Thomas

President at Bouten Construction Company

Tim Thomas has a strong background in project management and construction. Tim started their career in 1989 as a Project Manager at McKinstry, where they worked until 1996. Tim then joined SMK Mechanical as a Project Manager from 1996 to 1998. In 1998, Tim joined Bouten Construction Company as a project manager and estimator. Over the past 21 years, they have taken on increasing responsibilities and now holds the position of President at Bouten Construction, leading the newly established Preconstruction Services Department.

Tim Thomas attended Washington State University from 1984 to 1988, where they earned a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) degree with a focus on Business Administration and Management, General. In addition to their degree, Tim has obtained additional certifications including an Associate DBIA certification from the Design-Build Institute of America in November 2017 and a LEED Green Associate certification from the U.S. Green Building Council in March 2013.
