Bacel Kachtan - Ing.

Bacel Kachtan - Ing. PMP currently serves as the outgoing president of the Forum des jeunes professionnels at the Association des firmes de génie-conseil du Québec (AFG), following roles as both president and director of external relations within the same forum. Since May 2017, Bacel has worked at BPA in various positions, including project manager and electrical engineer, specializing in building electricity. Bacel gained initial experience as a research intern at the Université du Québec à Trois-Rivières and has also worked as a salesman for the ALDO Group. Bacel holds a certificate in building electricity from Polytechnique Montréal and a bachelor's degree in electrical engineering from Université du Québec à Trois-Rivières, alongside a bachelor's degree in natural sciences from Collège Shawinigan.
