P.eng. Joseph Discher

Joseph Discher, P.Eng., PMP, is an accomplished Electrical Engineer and Project Manager with extensive experience across multiple organizations. Currently serving as an Electrical Engineer and Project Manager at BPA since September 2022, Joseph has previously held similar roles at CIMA+ and Jp2g Consultants Inc., where responsibilities included leading the Electrical Engineering Department and ensuring compliance with contractual and regulatory standards. Roles at EPOH Inc. and Tenaris Algoma Tubes encompassed electrical design, maintenance supervision, and project management for complex systems. In earlier positions, Joseph contributed to product verification and automation engineering at Trillium Photonics and Nortel Networks. Joseph holds dual B.Eng degrees in Electrical and Civil Engineering from Carleton University, Ottawa.
