Wendy Gueremodongou

Wendy Gueremodongou, M. Sc., currently serves as the Coordinator of Training and Operational Excellence at BPA since May 2024. Previously, Wendy was a Digital Change Consultant at LGS, une société IBM from May 2023 to November 2023, and held the position of IT Change Management at Solotech Inc. in 2022. Additionally, Wendy worked as a Talent Acquisition Coordinator at Workland from July 2021 to May 2022 and briefly engaged in Human Resources Management at Société Générale Cameroun in early 2021. Wendy's educational background includes a Master's degree in Management with a focus on Organizational Development from École des sciences de la gestion (ESG UQAM), expected in 2024, and a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with a specialization in Human Resources Management from the same institution, completed in 2021.
