Alison Dixon

Alison Dixon currently serves as an Investor at PreFix Inc. and Boutiq, alongside holding the position of Vice President of Operations and Global Head of HR & Sales Enablement at Portnox since July 2022. Previously, Alison worked at LogicMonitor as a Senior Manager of HR Business Partners and Senior Global Human Resources Business Partner, focusing on HR support for executive leadership and cross-functional areas. Prior experience includes roles at Comcast as a Human Resources Business Partner and Program Manager for High Potential Talent Development, and several positions at the University of Pennsylvania, culminating in Associate Director of Major Gifts. Alison holds a Master’s Degree in Organizational Dynamics with a focus on Leadership & Coaching from the University of Pennsylvania and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Fordham University.
